TradingView Username: Submitted during or after the checkout process to grant you access to our Pine Scripts.

Information Processed by Third Parties:

Payment & Billing Information: When you purchase a subscription, all personal details, emails, and payment data are collected and processed directly by our Merchant of Record, Whop. We do not collect, view, or store your name, email address, or credit card information on our servers.
Analytics & Logs: Basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and referring URLs) may be collected automatically when you visit the Website.

How We Use Your Information

We only use the minimal data we collect for the following operational purposes:

Rectification: Request correction of an inaccurate TradingView username or UID.
Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). Note that deleting your UID or TradingView username from our system will result in the immediate loss of script access.
Objection: Object to our processing of your data.

SECTION 06 // DATA RETENTION

How Long We Keep Your Data

We believe in data minimization and only keep what is necessary to keep your scripts running:

Service Data (UID & TradingView Name): Retained only for the duration of your active subscription. If your subscription is canceled or expires via Whop, your access is revoked and your UID/TradingView username pairing is scheduled for deletion from our active databases.
Financial Records: We do not store transaction records, invoices, or payment histories. These are retained entirely by Whop in accordance with their legal and tax obligations.

How We Protect Your Information

While we do not store sensitive personal or financial information, we protect the operational data we do handle by implementing industry-standard measures:

SSL/TLS Encryption: For all data transmitted between your browser and our Website.
API Security: Secure, encrypted API connections when verifying your UIDs with partner exchanges and checking subscription statuses with Whop.
