REFUND POLICY
Our Refund Commitment
Nephilim Trading LLC offer a 7-day free trial on our smallest tier, making the first actual payment non-refundable. The trial itself serves as the risk-free evaluation period.
Merchant of Record: All payments, billing, and refunds are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Whop.com. When a refund is approved by us, it is executed entirely through Whop’s payment infrastructure.
Refund Eligibility Conditions
Given our Trial-Only Approach, all active subscription payments are non-refundable. However, exceptions may be considered for the following:
- Billing Errors: Verified duplicate charges or processing errors caused by the payment system.
- Technical Failures: Complete, verified inability to access the provided TradingView scripts due to a technical fault on our end, provided it is reported within 48 hours of purchase.
- Account Standing: Your access must not have been revoked for Terms of Service violations (e.g., unauthorized sharing of scripts) or failed affiliate audits (e.g., mismatched exchange UIDs).
- No Abuse: Refund requests that appear to be part of a pattern of abuse may be denied at our discretion or flagged by Whop’s fraud prevention systems.
How to Request a Refund (For Exceptions)
If you believe you qualify for an exceptional refund (e.g., billing error), follow these steps:
- Step 1: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Whop Order ID]".
- Step 2: In the email body, you must include your Whop Order ID (found on your payment receipt from Whop) and your TradingView username.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility.
- Step 4: Once approved, we will trigger the refund through Whop, and it will be returned to your original payment method.
Upon refund approval, your access to all subscribed TradingView strategies will be revoked immediately.
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refund Initiation: Processed by our team within 2 business days of your request.
- Whop Processing: You will receive a confirmation email directly from Whop once the refund has been officially issued from their system.
- Bank Processing: Depending on your payment method and financial institution, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly not eligible for refunds:
- Standard Subscriptions: All payments made after the 7-day free trial period has concluded.
- Renewal charges: Recurring billing charges after the initial subscription period are non-refundable. You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
- Platinum tier invite fees: Any one-time access or onboarding fees associated with Platinum tier invitations.
- Terminated accounts: Subscriptions terminated due to Terms of Service or intellectual property violations.
- Failed Affiliate Audits: If our audit reveals that your submitted UID does not match our affiliate dashboard records, your access will be immediately revoked, your TradingView username will be permanently banned, and no refund will be possible.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel immediately by clicking the subscription management link provided in your original Whop email receipt, by visiting Whop.com, or by contacting [email protected].
- Access After Cancellation: You will retain access to your subscribed strategies until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.
- Proration on Upgrades: If you upgrade your tier mid-cycle, Whop automatically prorates the unused balance toward your new subscription tier.
Chargeback Policy
If you have an issue with a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] or reach out to Whop via Whop.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in:
- Immediate and permanent suspension of your TradingView script access.
- A permanent ban from future subscriptions.
- Dispute resolution handled entirely by Whop’s legal and financial teams.
